Cancellation Policy – handwerk-verzeichnis-kw

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. At handwerk-verzeichnis-kw, we aim to make this process simple and fair. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Requests Made 24 Hours or More Before Delivery Time:

• A 5% cancellation fee will be charged on the total order value.
• You will receive a 95% refund to your original payment method.
• Alternatively, opt for a 100% refund in handwerk-verzeichnis-kw Wallet with no deduction, which can be used for future purchases.

Cancellation Requests Made Between 12 to 24 Hours Before Delivery Time:

• A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted.
• The remaining 90% will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Choosing a 100% refund in handwerk-verzeichnis-kw Wallet will waive off all cancellation charges.

Cancellation Requests Made Within 12 Hours of Delivery:

• No refund will be issued in this case.
• The entire amount will be treated as a cancellation fee.

Non-Cancellable Orders:

The following types of orders cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided:

• Same-day delivery orders
• Same-day midnight deliveries
• Orders placed for peak/festive occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Raksha Bandhan, Diwali, Christmas, etc.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In rare cases like natural calamities, logistical failures, or other unavoidable situations, refunds (full or partial) may be provided at the sole discretion of handwerk-verzeichnis-kw’s management. However, customers cannot claim refunds as a right in such events.

Note:

• Refunds to the bank account usually reflect within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds to handwerk-verzeichnis-kw Wallet are processed within 24 hours.
